Osoba mourns death of ex- minister of justice , Bola Ajibola

The member of house of representatives,representing Abeokuta North/ Obafemi -Owode/ Odeda Federal Constituency, Hon. Olumide Osoba has expressed deep condolence over the death of the Former Attorney General and Chief justice of the Federation, His Excellency, Prince Bola Ajibola who died in the early hour of Sunday, 9th April, 2023 at the age of 89.

This was contained in a condolence message which was personally signed by him and made available to newsmen in Abeokuta.

The founder of Crescent University Abeokuta died after a brief illness in Lagos and will be buried today according to Islamic right.

While commiserating with the family members of the deceased, Olumide Osoba described Ajibola as a man of integrity and peace.

He added that late Ajibola lived a life of service to the people, adding that he has left indelible imprints in the sands of time.

Osoba prayed for the reposed soul of late Bola Ajibola 

Before his death, Ajibola was the minister for justice from 1985 to 1991 under the military government led by Ibrahim Babangida.

From 1991 to 1994, he was a judge of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands.

Ajibola was also appointed the high commissioner of Nigeria to the United Kingdom from 1999 to 2002.
