Matching His word with Action, the CEO Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo has announced that the much anticipated Road Construction in Pelican Valley Estates have commenced as contractor Handling the N1 billion naira Concrete Road Construction Project has moved to site.
The Project started with the taken of necessary measurements while machines have been moved to site and trucks load with cement for the work have also been offloaded on the site.
In a short message ,the CEO says, “N1B infrastructure target…Contractor moves to site at Pellican-Valley……Our word is our bond, “
It will be recalled that few days ago the CEO announced that a whopping sum of N1bn has been earmarked For the Concrete Roads Project In the Estates.
The project was embarked upon by the real estate company In a bid to ensure that quality and durable infrastructure are in place in the fast growing estates and also to give investors value for their money.
The Pelican Valley Estates are located in Laderin and Kobape, area of Abeokuta in Ogun State.
Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, who broke the cheering news to Reporters in Abeokuta during a guided tour of the Pelican Brief Estate and Pelican Greenish Acres Farm Estate said Mr. Cyprian Emesuruman, an expert on concrete roads and interlocking stones with over thirty years of experience had been commissioned to commence immediate direct labour construction of the roads, starting from the Pelican Valley Estate, Laderin.
Adeyemo said the contractor had been mandated to deliver the Pelican Valley major roads before May 18, 2023 to mark his birthday.
The Pelican Boss also mandated immediate commencement of interlocking stones production at the Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape by 19th of May 2023
The road contractor who had maintained over a decade-long relationship with the CEO will carry out the road works, especially at the newest Pelican’s Ecostay Apartments, Pelican Pelican Brief Estate, and also the mother of all Estates, the Pelican Valley Estate, where unusual homes happen.
