Canada based realtors Mrs Joan Sorinde and Barr. Sorinde have commended Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, the developer of Pelican Valley Estate, Pelican Brief Estate, Ecostay Apartments and Pelican Greenish Acres farm Estates located in Laderin,Abeokuta and Kobape axis of Ogun State- , describing them as top – notch estates most suitable and dominating international market.
The couple commended the foremost estate firm for its outstanding performance, delivery, provision of basic facilities and being found worthy of clients’ trust for over a decade now.
The realtors gave the commendation when the CEO of real estate firm, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo, played host to them at the Pelican Valley Estate,Laderin earlier this week.
Speaking with our reporter, Mrs. Joanal Sorinde, who spoke glowingly of the scenery,serene and green landscaping of the Estate, recalled that she started dealing with Dr. Adeyemo since 2016, saying she personally invested in the estate while a very large ciients have keyed into it and invested with the developer through her.
She also gave insight into what should be done to sustain tempo of good things happening in Pelican Valley NigeriaLTD, saying the developer should hold on to integrity, trust and service delivery…
