As Nigerians joined Christians across the Globe to celebrate this year’s Christmas, the Executive Chairman, Ogun Waterside Local Government, Hon. Mudashir Adekunle has felicitated all Christians on 2023 Christmas celebration
The Chairman in his season’s greeting, signed, by the Director, Information, Education and Sports Department, Comrade Olanrewaju Daud Martins, rejoiced with all the Christian faithfuls on the celebration of Christmas which commemorates the birth of the Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
He rejoices with them on this important and symbolic celebration, as he charged them to allow the purpose of the season to always reflect in their attitudes and characters toward fellow human beings.
“As you celebrate Christmas, which commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ, I urge you to spread the message of love and compassion, foster togetherness and family bonding, and promote peace and unity”, said HON. MUDASHIR.
He further enjoined them to celebrate modestly, and also remember the less-privileged and needy in the society by showing them some love during this yuletide season.
As he felicitates the Christians on the Christmas celebration, Mudashir wished the entire sons and daughters of Ogun Waterside a peaceful, Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year in advance.
The Chairman then used the medium to seek for the need to continually cooperate and support his government promising more dividends of democracy. still “That ever since his inception, he had been running an open door policy noting that he still welcome suggestions, advice, comments as well as constructive criticism that move the administration forward”.He concluded.
