In the spirit of the yuletide season, Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, the leading real estate company in Nigeria, has temporarily stepped down the scheduled price increment for lands in its estates whhich was initially set to begin on December 5th, 2023.
The CEO of the firm, Ambassador (Dr.) Babatunde Adeyemo, made this known on Tuesday in a statement made available to the newsmen in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
You will recall that in October this year, the firm earlier announced that Pelican Greenish Acres, Egbeda which is currently selling at the rate of N5M will increase to N6M, Pelican Valley, Laderin which is currently selling at the rate of 40K will increase to 50K and Pelican Brief, Kobape which is currently selling at the rate of N5M will increase to N7.5M.
Adeyemo revealed that, the decision was made by the management of the firm to grant the requests of the clients, saying that it has extended to January 2nd, 2024.
He however, called on investors to use the opportunity of postponment to key into any of the plans of the firm before the price will rise.
