Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited on Sunday shined at the Origo International Excellence Award, winning the Canada – based organization’s real estate champion category award.
Christened the 2023 Origo International Real Estate Champion Award., it was presented to the CEO of Pelican Valley, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo in Lagos by Chief Adetola Adeniyi at a ceremony that had in attendance notable personalities who were also garlanded with awards for their achievements?
Chief Tola Adeniyi, a renowned veteran international journalist, publisher, and columnist, in his keynote speech at the ceremony, dwelled on “The Media: The Last Estate Standing for Democracy in Nigeria.”
The Pelican Valley beats many other real estate firms in the country to emerge the Champion and this brings to 40 the number of similar awards the foremost estate firm had garnered since the beginning of the year.

Responding to the honour bestowed and his real estate firm, Dr. Adeyemo commended Origo International for singling Pelican Valley for recognition and award out of the many estate firms operating in the country.
