The Ogun state Branch of Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria, JUSUN has commiserated with the governor of Ogun state, Prince Dapo Abiodun and entire people of the state over the tragic death of Prof. Joseph Odemuyiwa , a former Special Adviser to the governor on Vocational and Technical Education.
In a condolence message personally signed by the state chairman of JUSUN, Comrade Lion Ajiboye Tunji Olanrewaju described the death as tragic while travelling to Lead City University where he worked as lecturer untill his death.
The JUSUN chairman described the late Prof. Odemuyiwa as someone who had contributed his quota to the development of vocational education in Ogun state and Nigeria at large and was untill his death a valuable erudite scholar of many paths.
The Union who also sympathised with the deceased family Enjoined the Governor and the family to take solace in God as the late educational icon had left behind a legacy that cannot be forgotten in a hurry.
” We the Ogun State Chapter of JUSUN commiserate with his excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun,the governor of Ogun state over the shocking and sad death of his former Special adviser, Prof. Joseph Odemuyiwa.
“Your Excellency sir, Kindly take heart and accept the fact that only God gives and takes, as everyone will taste death ,just that time and date is what we don’t have control over.
“We pray to God for the repose of the departed soul and to fill the vacuums left behind. Amen” The statement Concluded.
