Senior Special Assistant to the Ogun State Governor, Hon. Kareem Tolani Oyindamola (KTO), has commended Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Yayi) for his sustained commitment to grassroots development through his large-scale empowerment initiatives, describing the programme as a practical demonstration of people-centred leadership.
Oyindamola gave the commendation while reacting to the recent mega empowerment programme facilitated by the senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District, which benefited thousands of farmers, artisans, traders and small-scale entrepreneurs across Ogun State.

The intervention featured the distribution of farming equipment, business support materials and financial assistance aimed at boosting productivity, encouraging entrepreneurship and improving the livelihoods of beneficiaries.
According to KTO, Senator Adeola has remained consistent in implementing programmes that directly address the economic challenges facing ordinary citizens, particularly at the grassroots.

He noted that the empowerment initiative would not only enhance agricultural production and support small businesses but also promote self-reliance and reduce poverty across communities.
“These empowerment programmes are a clear demonstration of responsive leadership and genuine concern for the welfare of the people. They are strengthening local businesses, improving agricultural productivity and creating sustainable sources of income for countless families,” Oyindamola said.
The governor’s aide further observed that Senator Adeola’s interventions align with the developmental agenda of Governor Dapo Abiodun’s administration, stressing that the collaboration between both leaders continues to deliver meaningful dividends of democracy to the people of Ogun State.
He expressed optimism that more developmental projects and people-oriented programmes would be implemented to further improve the socio-economic wellbeing of residents.
Senator Adeola’s latest empowerment programme is part of a series of interventions focused on agriculture, entrepreneurship, education and economic inclusion, further consolidating his reputation as a strong advocate of grassroots development and sustainable economic growth in Ogun State.
