The Harmony Community Development Association (CDA), Olomore Abeokuta has inaugurated a new set of leadership with Engr. Kayode Adedigba emerging as the chairman for a tenure of 4years.
The transition according to a statement signed by the new Public Relations officer of the CDA, Taofeek Ogunkunle anipr, took place today Saturday 28th of June, 2025, during the Harmony Olomore Abeokuta CDA monthly meeting.
The statement further noted that the new executives were unanimously elected by members , following the CDA’s constitutional provisions for a smooth transition.
The immediate past chairman,Chief J.O Oloyede, in his farewell speech, appreciated residents for their support during his tenure, which lasted two years as pro tem and six years as chairman.
The New Executive Members are:
- Chairman: Engr. Kayode Adedigba
- Vice-Chairman: Imam Quadri Onilenla
- Secretary: Mr. Olugoroye Taofeek
- Assistant Secretary: Mrs. Ojedokun R.O
- Treasurer: Dr. Femi Ogunenika
- Financial Secretary: Mr. Omidiji Ezekiel A
- Auditor: Mr. Tijani Odunayo
- Public Relations Officer (PRO): Mr. Ogunkunle Taofeek anipr.
- Woman Representative: Mrs. D. Aladeyelu
- Youth Representative: Mr. Ogunbowale Emmanuel
- CSO: Mr. Taofeek Oguntade
- Social Welfare: Mrs. Bola Kelani
- Legal Adviser: Barr. Obafemi S.A
- Ex-Officio 1: Chief J.O Oloyede
- Ex-Officio 2: Chief Sakibu Adetayo
Pastor Agosu CCC Ekundayo parish and outgoing Financial Secretary Mr. Adebayo B.O offered goodwill messages, urging residents to support the new regime and encouraging the new executives to discharge their duties with dedication and commitment.
In a separate development, the Harmony CDA received delegates from Harmony Phase 2, a new community to be carved out of the existing Harmony CDA. The delegates expressed gratitude to the Harmony residents for considering them to form a new CDA
