
The City Boy Movement in Ogun West has extended warm felicitations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of his 74th birthday, describing the milestone as a celebration of a life marked by courage, resilience, and dedication to national development.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the group praised the President’s leadership qualities and enduring legacy, noting that his vision continues to inspire hope among Nigerians while strengthening democratic values across the country.
Speaking with journalists, the Senatorial Coordinator of the movement in Ogun West, Dr. Ayodeji Idowu, reaffirmed the group’s unwavering loyalty and support for the President and his administration. He said the movement remains committed to promoting grassroots engagement in line with the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Idowu explained that the group would intensify efforts to mobilise support across Ogun West through various community-based initiatives. According to him, these include empowerment programmes, distribution of palliatives, and targeted support for women, youths, students, and persons living with disabilities.
He added that such initiatives are designed to complement the developmental strides of the current administration and ensure that the dividends of democracy reach all segments of society.
The coordinator further assured that the City Boy Movement in Ogun West would continue to serve as a strong support base for the President by promoting his policies and consolidating the gains of progressive governance.
The group also offered prayers for continued strength, wisdom, and good health for the President as he steers the affairs of the nation.
