The Court of Appeal Ibadan Division affirmed the judgment of the Federal High Court, Abeokuta Division which convicted Osinulu Dongo Tayo in charge number, FHC/AB/57C/2019.
The Defendant was arraigned on a five count charge on the 21st of May, 2019 at the Abeokuta Judicial Division of the Federal High Court of Nigeria.
The Defendant was charged for operating a pharmacy without being registered a pharmacist, obstructing and resisting public officers while in the execution of their duties, assaulting a public officer who was discharging his duty.
He was sentenced to two years imprisonment.
The appellant dissatisfied with the judgment made an appeal to the court of Appeal Ibadan.
