
The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Abeokuta Branch, has joined countless well-wishers across the world in celebrating the 88th birthday of Former President of Nigeria, Engr Chief Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo, GCFR, PhD, FNSE. A respected fellow of the NSE Society, an esteemed elder statesman, and a distinguished Engineer, Engr Chief Obasanjo’s contributions have left an indelible mark on Nigeria’s governance, infrastructural development, and the Engineering profession.
In a statement issued by the Chairman of the NSE Abeokuta Branch, Engr. Olumayowa A. Idowu, FNSE, SMIEEE, the Branch commended Engr Chief Obasanjo for his unwavering commitment to national unity, good governance, and sustainable development.
