Door-to-Door Team Yayi Seeks Collaboration with Ogun Forestry Commissioner, Taiwo Oludotun Ahead of 2027 Polls
The Door-to-Door Team Yayi for PBAT + DA + YAYI has intensified its grassroots mobilisation efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections with a familiarisation visit to the Ogun State Commissioner for Forestry, Hon. Taiwo Oludotun, in Abeokuta.
The delegation, led by the State Coordinator of the group, Hon. Niyi Opeibi, visited the commissioner at his office in Oke-Mosan, where it formally introduced the leadership of the movement, highlighted its activities across the state and outlined its mobilisation strategy aimed at securing victory for candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 elections.
Speaking during the visit, Opeibi said the support group had established a robust grassroots network spanning wards and polling units across Ogun State to mobilise voters in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Dapo Abiodun, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known as Yayi, and other APC candidates.
He noted that the group’s activities are focused on voter engagement, political enlightenment and strengthening the party’s presence at the grassroots.
“Our commitment is to continue mobilising support for the APC from the grassroots. We have built a formidable structure that will work tirelessly to ensure overwhelming victories for all APC candidates in the 2027 general elections,” Opeibi said.
Responding, the Commissioner for Forestry, Hon. Taiwo Oludotun, commended the leadership and members of the support group for their dedication to grassroots mobilisation and party development.
He expressed confidence in the leadership qualities of Senator Adeola, describing him as a committed progressive whose vision continues to inspire party faithful across the state.
Oludotun urged members of the group to remain focused, united and disciplined while sustaining their mobilisation efforts, stressing that collective commitment would be crucial to the party’s success in the next general elections.
He also encouraged the group to continue complementing the efforts of the APC by engaging residents at the grassroots and promoting the party’s programmes and achievements.
The visit ended with both the Door-to-Door Team Yayi and the commissioner reaffirming their commitment to strengthening collaboration in support of the APC’s political aspirations and grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 polls.
