N1bn earmarks for Pelican Valley Estates’ Concrete Roads Construction – Dr. Adeyemo

In a bid to ensure quality and durable infrastructure is put in place in all its estates as well as give investors value for their money, Pelican Valley has budgeted a huge sum of N1bn (one billion naira ) for roads rehabilitation and construction in Her Estates both at Laderin and Kobape, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The CEO of Pelican Valley Nigeria limited, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, disclosed this cheery news on Wednesday during a guided tour of the Pelican Brief Estate and Pelican Greenish Acres Farm Estate by an Ireland based Nigerian and client, Mr. Adewale Obadina, who was also planning to build a multi Billion Naira Holiday resort on his acquired Acres of land in the Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape.

Mr Cyprian Emesuruman, an expert on concrete roads and interlocking stones with over thirty years of experience had been commissioned to commence immediate direct labour construction of the roads, starting from the Pelican Valley Estate, Laderin.

Mr.Cyprian who has a mandate to deliver the Pelican Valley major roads before May 18 2023 to mark the CEO’s birthday, also has the mandate to commence interlocking stones production at the Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape by 19th of May 2023.
The road contractor who had maintained over a decade long relationship with the CEO will carry out the road works, especially at the newest Pelican’s Ecostay Apartments, Pelican Pelican Brief Estate and also the mother of all Estates, the Pelican Valley Estate, where ‘unusual homes happen.’

This pleasant development is coming as more Nigerians living abroad continue to patronise the firm’s range of products – Pelican Valley Estate, Pelican Brief Estate, Pelican Ecostay Apartments and Pelican Greenish Acres Farm Estate.

The Ireland based Obadina is planning a multi – billion naira leisure and resort centre within the commercial corridor of the estate’s Masterplan and Layout.

Pelican Brief Estate is conceptualized to become a Smart City, the Dubai of Nigeria in Masa – Kobape axis of Ogun State, and the bold initiative is also expected to generate no fewer than 600 direct and indirect jobs as well as rev up the socioeconomic development of the area.

He added that the estate will host the corporate headquarters of the Pelican Valley Nigeria limited, purpose built lounge, Restaurant, mini club and a resort for short time Airbnb Lodgers.

According to Adeyemo, the Pelican Greenish Acres Farm Estate situating approximately 1.6 kilometers away from the Pelican Brief Estate, will cater for the expected emerging life of interconnectivity, interdependency and fresh foods self – sustaining community among the Pelican Brief estate, Pelican’ Ecostay Apartments and Pelican Valley Estate to promote healthy diet and healthy living among clients, tourists, estate residents and landlords.

Commenting, Obadina who was highly impressed by what he saw, commended the real estate firm and its CEO; Dr. Adeyemo; “Seeing is believing. Wonderful ideas are happening in Pelican Brief.
