The NTA Abeokuta Chapel of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in Ogun State has presented an award of recognition to the Minority leader, Hon Lukman Adeleye in appreciation of his outstanding contributions on the floor of Ogun State state House of Assembly, Youths development and delivering dividends of democracy to the people of Odogbolu State constituents which he represents.
The award was presented to the lawmaker by the Chapel chairman,NUJ NTA Abeokuta Chapel, Comrade Yemmy Dalemo and his secretary,Comrade Luqman Adefeso at the assembly complex office of the Lawmaker.
The NUJ NTA Chapel Chairman Comrade Yemmy Dalemo commended the assembly member for his stewardship and good representation.
Responding, the award recipient Hon Lukman Adeleye who is the Minority Leader of the halow chamber appreciated the award and noted that it will spur him to do more.
He commended Journalists in the state for standing firm even in the face of challenges while urging them to always balance their stories as the fourth estate of the realm.
The Minority leader promised to continue to be the voice of the voiceless and never relent in serving the good people of Ogun State, promising good and accountable representation at all times.
