The socioeconomic fortune of Ogun State, particularly the Abeokuta and its environs, is set to witness a burst as about a two dozens of diaspora investors in the Pelican Valley Estate products have concluded plans to start growing their wealth with commencement of construction work on their property next year.
A United Kingdom – based IT guru and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Avenue Impact, Funso Akinwunmi, disclosed this at the weekend shortly after taking delivery of the bulk title documents of land pertaining to their investments in the Pelican Valley, recieved on behalf of his members in the United Kingdom.
Akinwunmi who was highly impressed with the demonstrable integrity of the real estate firm and its CEO, Ambassador Babatunde Adeyemo concerning their investments, especially with the land and timely delivery of the relevant documents delivered to him.
He louded the real estate company, especially on the one hundred percent Return on Investment realized by his members within one year of investment in the estate products.
Akinwunmi said his people abroad will begin construction work next year to enable them start growing their wealth as quickly as possible, expressing the confidence that any real estate product from Pelican Valley and Ambassador Adeyemo will attract immediate patronage because of proven integrity and diligence.
Akinwunmi said, “After collecting these documents, they told me that the next phase is to start building which is going to start next year.
“The whole thing is an attestation to integrity. It shows that Pelican Valley has integrity, especially Dr Babatunde Adeyemo, because when I was introduced to him last year, I kind of hesitated but one of my mentees that introduced me, the person I trained who goy an offer and working as an IT consultant, I believed and embraced Pelican Valley vision and obviously encouraged some of our members to invest in it.
” So, when he came to the UK last year December, he spoke about it, his business in real estate and people were actually happy and they believed. You know, that is what integrity does. And this(title documents) are a prove as well. Now that they have gotten the documents it is a prove that it works. We bought the property around four million plus, today, its #7.5 m and by the end of this year, the same plot will be #10m, that is over one hundred percent Return on investment within one year.

Earlier, Ambassador Adeyemo assured the clients that they would build with ease as the estate has full government approved layout.
He also assured them that getting a building approval for development is seamless in Ogun State with the administration of Prince Dapo Abiodun provided the government procedures were followed diligently.
According to the top – notch real estate entrepreneur, the firm will also provide the necessary help and guide to clients on getting the government building approval papers.
