Independence Day: Citiside Congratulates Nigerians, Urges Patriotism

As Nigeria marks her 64th Independence Anniversary,the member representing Ipokia/Idiroko state constituency Otunba Bisi Oyedele Citicide has congratulated Nigerians, urged them to reflect on the journey that has brought everyone together as one.

Honourable Oyedele who acknowledged the sacrifices of the founding fathers advised Nigerians to continue to live in love and harmony adding that the current hardship will become a thing of the past as there will soon be lights at the end of the tunnel.

“I, Otunba Bisi Oyedele-Citiside, the honourable member representing Ipokia/Idiroko state constituency heartily congratulate all Nigerians on this momentous occasion. Our Independence Day is a time to reflect on the journey that has brought us here and to celebrate the strength and diversity that defines our nation.

“Today, we honour the sacrifices of our founding fathers, whose vision of a free, sovereign and prosperous Nigeria continues to inspire generations. It is a day to remind ourselves of the ideals of unity, peace and patriotism that bind us as a people.”

He therefore urged Nigerians to rekindle their sense of duty and loyalty to their motherland.

“Our collective efforts and love for this great nation are the foundation upon which we can build a brighter future. The challenges we face; whether in governance, security or the economy, can only be overcome through renewed patriotism, diligence and unwavering commitment to our country.

“Let us, therefore, continue to work together to preserve our shared values, promote peace and contribute to national development in every sphere of life. Nigeria’s strength lies in its people and by being more patriotic and united; we can ensure that our nation continues to stand tall among the nations of the world.”

“On this joyous occasion, I congratulate all Nigerians once again and encourage us to remain hopeful for a better tomorrow. Together, we can build the Nigeria of our dreams.” He Concluded
