The Yayi Progressives Movement (YPM) formally Omoluabi Movement, has announced the appointment of Comrade Oluseun Joshua as its State Director for Media and Publicity in Ogun State, in a move aimed at strengthening the group’s communication and outreach strategy. The appointment, made by the Convener of the movement, Prince Armstrong ‘Tope Akintunde, was unveiled in the presence of apex leaders, members of the State Executive Committee, as well as local government and ward coordinators from across the state.
In his acceptance remarks, Comrade Joshua expressed deep appreciation to the leadership of the movement for the confidence reposed in him, describing the opportunity as a great honour. He pledged unwavering loyalty and commitment to advancing the vision of the YPM through diligence, professionalism, and integrity, while working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the continued growth and success of the movement.
He also commended the leadership qualities of the convener, offering prayers for greater wisdom, strength, and guidance as he steers the affairs of the movement. Reaffirming his dedication, the newly appointed media director assured members that he would deploy effective communication strategies to promote unity and drive the movement toward achieving its set objectives.
