Some unknown Gunmen have kidnapped the former Ogun state house assembly member, Honourable Musa moruf in his home town , Ibiade in Ogun waterside local government area of Ogun. State.
According to a reliable source who doesn’t want her name in print noted that the former assembly member was having a prayer in a mosque within his compound around 7pm on Wednesday, December 30th, 2025 when the gunmen stormed the place but he struggled with the kidnappers for about 20 minutes and thereby attracted some residents but the kidnappers who shot sporadically at the residents were able to maneuver and escaped with the assembly member into a nearby bush.
And unconfirmed report also indicated that some of the residents sustained some gun shots injuries.
Alhaji Musa moruf was a member of the Ogun state 6th Assembly representing Ogun waterside state constituency. He is one the leader of APC in Ogun waterside.
Official statement is yet to be released on the issue.
